“The timelessness of this skit is transformed into poetry by the fact that it was released before September 11th. It’s mind-blowing how descriptive and accurate he was about the post 9/11 world with specific references to hijacking a plane with sharp objects by Middle Easterners, the absurdity of the yet-founded TSA, anthrax poisonings, global financial collapse and resultant symptoms of domestic terrorism (between-the-lines: motivated by entertainment value). All this wrapped into an eight minute series of punchlines framed as an angry rant that was years ahead of it’s time.”
